Hi I had a ruptured ectopic in April last year losing my right tube I did fall pregnant again in October but lost that baby I got an early scan at 6 weeks. I am currently pregnant again and I’m 5w1d will I be offered an early scan again or will I just get the usual one at 12 weeks due to conceiving last year and it being in the right place? Xx

I was under the impression that all pregnancies post ectopic would be monitored at 6 weeks. It might be worth booking an appointment with your doctor, to ask them to refer you to your EPAU.

Not a problem, if you are really worried try calling up your EPAU and see if they will do a self-referal. Let us know how you get on
Thanks I rang them first and they said I need to be referred by my doctor. Il ring first thing Monday morning. I have no pain etc so that’s a plus xx
