Hi Hannah2024,
Many women report feeling greater awareness of sensations in their uterus and pelvis area following their ectopic pregnancies, such as feeling ovulation pains when they have never felt them before. In some ways, we are more in tune with our bodies after these experiences.
In your case, I would encourage you to continue the pregnancy testing, perhaps trying another in a couple of days, to keep an eye on any changes. Of course, you know your body best, and if you have concerns, it’s important to see your doctor.
TTC after an ectopic pregnancy can be an anxious time for many women. I know how strong the desire to have a child can be, and I encourage you to be extra-compassionate with yourself during this time. So many of these processes are well outside of our control. It’s important to have the emotional and physical support you need during this time. Please know that we are here for you throughout your journey. Please take good care and look after yourself.
With good wishes,
Michele
