At the begining of this year I was diagnosed with an ovarian ectopic pregnancy and was treated with methotrexate. We started trying again 6 months later, it took us 3 month and we fell pregnant again. I started spotting the same as ectopic and it lasted two weeks, I got scanned what I thought was 6 weeks but they said that they think I was actually only 5.5wks they saw what looked like a very small sac in my uterus and possibly a cyst on left ovary which was where I had my ectopic. They took my blood and my hcg was 3892 and the hcg doubled within 48hrs perfectly. On Thursday I went back for a rescan and there was a sac in the right place with my little baby and a perfect heartbeat. Miracles do happen!! please dont give up hope xx

I am 1 month post methotrexate treatment and i still have a mass in my tube. Did you have a follow up ultrasound to see when/ if mass resloved?
Thank you for posting such a positive message. I too had an ovarian Ectopic in June of this year and was also treated with Methotrexate. Me and my partner have decided to try again from this month so fingers crossed it will be ok next time xx
