pain with internal scan- thinkiing the worst :(

Pregnant After Ectopic Pregnancy

Hi all

I had a very early scan because i had a lot of pain on the side i had an ectopic previously for around a week now. I also just found out I’m pregnant again- just over 4 weeks now- no bleeding or feeling unwell like last time. Although i think I’m making myself feel sick with worry.

When the consultant scanned internally he pressed on the side I had the ectopic removed and there was still pain, i had a tube removed in July.

When he pushed on the other side to see if he could see anything I said it was also very tender on that side.

Since feeling that I am now really worried as I don’t remember that side being so tender. I’m now convinced its going to be another ectopic. Has anyone else felt pain on the non- ectopic side 6 months after surgery?

I had exactly the same when I went for my 5 week scan Hun. Absolutely hurt when they internally scanned me and even now at 12 weeks my non ectopic side hurts! They have no answers for it though. I really wish you the best of luck xx
