Hiya i found out the other week I was pregnant 7 months after I had my ectopic and right tube removed.
I’m only 5 weeks and have been told I’ve got to wait till I’m atleast 8 weeks to have a scan so far all seems ok not had any pain only tiniest bit of spotting first few days I found out but nothing since then next 3 weeks can’t come quick enough I’m just anxiously waiting to find our fingers crossed. Anybody else been in similar sort of situation like this??

Fantastic news. I’m same as you. 6weeks tomorrow and first scan 17sept. Cant come soon enough. Only tired but nothing major and just sore boobs. No other symptoms really. I do keep worrying I may feel twinges on my right side which is my good side, but nothing like my left side and the ectopic. New territory for us both. Hope all ok and speedy few weeks to scan. Can I join you? I’ll be five weeks on Friday, so still very early days, but already I’m worried about a repeat ep (had mine July 2014). Midwife and doc don’t seem to want to get me in for an early scan, unless I have severe pain or bleeding, which thankfully I don’t. But all the advice and recommendations say that a scan should be offered from 6weeks if you’ve had a previous ep… My midwife said it would just be the usual 11-15 week scan! Can I ask what advice you have been given? I just feel like once I have had the scan and seen little bean in the right place, I can relax.

Tbh I’ve heard nothing as of yet I had bloods done other week which confirmed I was 5 weeks pregnant then phoned up hospital to be told I was getting referred again for an early scan but they don’t do it till your 8 weeks I got told but not heard back and that was at start of last week. When I had my ep they couldn’t tell how far I was so hoping this time around its all ok but fingers crossed once I get a scan all will be ok xx
Hi ladies, congratulations to you all, just some advice I had a ruptured ectopic left tube removed in February this year. I am currently 9 weeks 3 days pregnant 
I had my 1st scan at 5weeks after I contacted my early pregnancy unit. Then I had another scan at 7 to see the heartbeat. I would contact your nearest unit and ask for a early scan you shouldn’t be waiting longer than 6 weeks. Good luck to you all. xx

I’m sorry to say I’ve had a miscarriage. Had a bleed and blood hcg has dropped dramatically.

Hey! Just an update. Had a scan last week. Didn’t look until was told there was a fetus in the right place and a heart beat. Now 8
3 and last night tiny scare. Not bled at all, then after I went to the loo last night tiniest bearly there spot. Massive chance it’s down to straining with number 2. Tmi I know, but we get to this point and we still cant enjoy pregnancy or let guard down l. Been clear since that one little blip last night. Paranoid is the word. I rang last week to register with the midwife team and not heard back. There’s just not much you can do other than google. If anything changes ill update, but so far its just not fun. Want to sit all day, no housework, no work no nothing. Would love to stay in my bubble until I get to 20wks. Otherwise feel ok. Tired, only a little queasy some time. Mainly feel like I’m not pregnant. Which adds to paranoia. Its no fun at all. X

Glad to hear all was ok at the scan… am thinking of you, must be so scary, and like you say, horrible not to be able to relax and enjoy the pregnancy. I am sure all ok, just keep an eye on things. We are TTC again now so I am hoping to have my BFP soon… although like you it’s so scary to think about it too.

As of yet o haven’t had scan date went to doctors on Monday to be refered again I’m 7+1 and hoping I get date soon I’m constantly tired n the sickness is bad even though not been sick feeling like it all day is not gd! I’m just hoping all these signs are good as never had them with last pregnancy. Congratulations shellmalpas do you not get a scan at 12 weeks surely u dnt have to wait till 20 if ur not happy maybe see about getting another one earlier or something best of luck xx

I had a the reassurance scan it was where it should be at 7wks. They estimated i was a few days further on. Then told just to contact midwife team. So I did, left my number and waiting for them to call me. The midwife team refer me for the 12wk dating scan. Its such a limbo and its not like I can ask mum questions as she sadly died 7yrs ago. My partners mum was a midwife before she became a local nurse and we told her the just gone and she seems to think normal response that they will get in touch in time. So yeah! That’s all I know. Just can’t help think a few more symptoms would ease me a little. Tired and little bit of a tummy I can’t suck in isn’t enough. I know I shouldn’t complain. I hope your symptoms are not too bad and ease off. Bring on 12wks. X x x
23hayley. I hope your luck is in this month. Just don’t worry if not. Have you timed it with ovulation test! Hoping and wishing for everyone who’s trying. X x x x x x

I havent timed my ovulation yet… I think I will give it a go this month and then start looking at that… I am keeping a ‘period tracker’ diary so we’ll see.
