Hi, I have been on this site for a while but only getting around to telling my storey now.
We got married at the end of Dec 05 and went on 1 months honeymoon. Got back in late January & realised I had not had my AF while away. Took 2 HPT on a Friday & both were strong positives. I went to my Dr. on the Monday & he confirmed the test. He was slightly concerned as there was traces of blood. He sent me straight to the hospital. To cut a long storey short it took them about 8 days to confirm an ectopic. I never dreamed this would happen to me, the thought never crossed my mind. While in hospital I collasped on the floor & was taken in for emergency surgery. I lost my right tube. Spent a few days in hospital recovering & when I was on the way home my poor DH had to tell my that our house went on fire while I was in hospital. The poor guy, our house was destroyed - everything except our dog (thank God). DH was charging our laptop to bring it to the hospital to show me our wedding DVD when it went on fire. With all the trama of the house fire etc I didn’t really think about the EP for a few months & then it just hit me.
TTC since May, got Preg firest month we tired which resulted in the EP. Hoping & praying for us all.
