Lower back pain around implantation time?

I had my first ectopic in February of this year (treated with MTX and ultimately a surgery which removed the mass but saved my tube). This is our first cycle ttc-ing again, and I’m really nervous as I’ve begun experiencing lower back pain after my ovulation. I had this very same kind of pressure-like lower back pain with the ectopic :frowning: although I’m not bleeding (though I’m not due for my period for 10 days). The pain is enough to keep me up at night and feels like it’s even going into my bum. Did anyone else feel lower-back implantation pain with their ectopic (or even a healthy pregnancy)? Thanks for your feedback. Trying again is so stressful :frowning:

Dear heartlick,

I completely understand worries of trying to conceive again and whilst it can be normal experiencing pain we hadn’t before, especially after surgery, if the pain is so severe it is keeping you up at night, I would advise talking to a medical professional.

Sending much love,

Karen x
