What to do with pregnancy tissue?

Hi, I had emergency surgery in June and they took the pregnancy tissue for testing (no idea what they found)

I am able to get the tissue back next week but it’s in wax blocks for making into slides. I think it’s too little to be cremated but has anyone done anything else with it? I thought maybe preserving in epoxy resin but would like to know what others have done

This is my 5th loss - 4 1st trimester miscarriages before we had our daughter in July 2020.

Any advice would be amazing, thanks

Dear EJMin,

I didn’t reply to your post straight away as I wondered if anyone had any suggestions for you. I have not seen anything specific. I know there are companies that make jewellery from ashes following cremation, but I’m afraid I am not aware of anything specific. The charity Sands may have more information or ideas on their website too.

Sending much love,

Karen x
