Success story

Hi everyone.

I just thought I’d share my story to hopefully give those who are doing it tough right now a bit of positivity.

I had an ectopic pregnancy in December 2023 and was treated with 2 doses of methotrexate since the first wasn’t successful. I am now 6 weeks pregnant and just had a scan today to confirm the baby had made it to the uterus this time. We got pregnant the first cycle we were able to try again.

The anxiety waiting for the scan was reeeeeaalll and I had twinges on both sides, back pain, period cramps at times which would send me into a panic but thankfully all has worked out ok so far.

These stories gave me hope during my ectopic so I hope mine can do the same for someone else.

Best of luck to you all xxx

That’s wonderful, congratulations! I had my fallopian tube removed due to my ectopic pregnancy 2 weeks ago so am still trying to heal emotionally, and it’s so reassuring to read positive stories. Fingers crossed for a continuing healthy pregnancy x

Thank you for sharing. Lovely news x

Thank you so much for your message. I’m 3 months post emergency surgery removal of tube and my period is 3 days late and I have so many symptoms and pains… I live in FEAR until I confirm pregnancy or not… but there’s hope. Thank you
