I had 2 ectopic 1 in July 2nd in march on left side. I decided I wanted laparoscopic surgery to look at tube. Surgery was today. I had left tube removed and found out I have endometriosis!! Complete surprise as my cycle are painfree!! However they last 7 days with the last 3 ish days being nearly spotting (symptom??). I’m happy to know reason for ectopic and to know ovaries look ok and right tube is open for business.

I found out I had it last year after bladder surgery! Week of my wedding.
I still hardly know anything about it. Just had an ectopic diagnosed last week. They say it’s not related…but I think it is.
