Hi ladies
Congrats, I’m soo happy for you… and thank you for sharing your happy news.
I had a ectopic 2016 and then a miscarriage 2017, we are ttc now so I’m hoping we get a positive too, end of next week.
You have given me some hope as I’ve been very negative recently.
I keep getting twitches and pains and I’m looking for early signs/symptoms that I may be pregnant, but I guess I need to wait for when my cycle is due and do a test.
All the best to you all x
Thanks everyone , love 20 fingers crossed for you keep positive hope all works out good for you xxx
Thank you smith, I’m hoping and praying xx
Hi ladies
Just to let you know, my feelings were wrong, I’ve not been in luck this month again.
I’m not sure if it’s normal but I get really worked up and upset every month now, and end up taking it out on my hubby.
Does anyone else feel like this? And how do you cope? I’m very upset and feel very down as I was very confident I will be pregnant this month
I’d appreciate any advice, on how I can carry on ttc and stay positive about it please
Thank you x
Hi Love 20.9.16
I know what you’re going through. It’s so incredibly hard. But you must remain strong.
I had my first ectopic in December 2014 and my right tube removes. I had my son in December 2015.
I used the clear blue dual hormone fertility kit. It was so handy. It told me when I was near ovulating.
I reduced stress in my life also. Stress can suppress hormones. I went for more walks and started to enjoy life more.
You will get pregnant. It’ll happen when the time is right. Don’t give up hope. Xx
Hi ooncb
Thank you for replying and for your kind words. I cried myself to sleep last night and fell out with my husband.
I do feel blessed as I have a son (4yrs) and then I had an ectopic in 2016, miscarriage in 2017. But it’s getting very difficult now ttc and your definitely right about being stressed as these days that’s all I seem to do. My husband is supposed to be looking for work.
I use the ovulation strips, every month and I think I really had my hopes up soo high this time, as I had few pregnancy symptoms but guess not meant to be.
I will go and get the clear blue fertility kit as that tells you when your near ovulating so it’s different from the strips so I can try and relax.
Once again thank you I just feel no one understands me not even my husband, your right I can’t give up and I strongly believe it will happen as my son is always praying for a baby brother and sister lol
Hi love 20 , really sorry Hun , it can end up taking over your life I also used an ap called flo tracks your fertility , it will happen u just need to relax and try to carry on with life and I’m sure u will get a surprise a friend off mine was ttc for over a year perfect age healthy etc , stressed them out had fertility tests done no problems then when they got that news they chilled out and went back to not trying to hard then got pregnant , try not to put to much pressure on your self it will happen one day for you xxxx
Thank you Smithj really appreciate your advice and support.
Yes your right, I shall look into the ap.
I think I have a lot going on in my life at the moment so the stress side doesn’t really help.
I’m feeling a lot better today.
We have been referred and already attended one appointment with the gynaecologist who has booked me in for some tests but I’m just hoping and praying it all happens before we go to the next appointment.
Ooncb could you please tell me what fertility kit you used? Are these the ovulation tests as I’m already using them.
Hi love.
It’s the clear blue digital with dual hormone indicator. I bought them in the chemist. They’re expensive. Around €35 euro. I found them brilliant.
I understand completely how You feel. The pressure to get pregnant after an ectopic is intense. I remember giving out to my husband and telling him we are trying tonight even though he had worked 16 hours straight and was shattered. My only advice to you is, you need to relax. I know it’s easier said than done. I wish someone had told me.
Once you relax and take the pressure off you will feel better. X
Thank you, I know what you mean it’s really difficult, I was upset with my husband as I feel I’m making all the effort.
Anyway we have made up today
And yes I shall try not to get all worked up and relax
I’m in the UK so I will look to see if I can get it here at the chemist.
Best of luck to you all xx
Hey how is everyone getting in ? Xx
