I had my right tube removed exactly 3 weeks ago and today my period seems to have appeared… I didn’t expect it to return so soon, have other people have the same experience? Is this normal?
Thanks!

Dear Mclaire,
I am so sorry to hear of your ectopic pregnancy loss,
Most people find their period arrives around 4-6 weeks after treatment for ectopic pregnancy. This is an average though, so I wouldn’t be too concerned about it appearing a little early. It can take a few cycles for our periods to settle into a more natural rhythm.
Sending much love,
Karen x
