My Story
Me and my husband have be trying for another baby since July 2005 with no lucky so far. We already have a DD who is 3 years old.
At the beginning of this year 2007 I found out that I was pregnant and it was great news. At the time I was feel unwell and had a winter bug. unfortuntaly this pregnancy ended with a M/c in Feburary 2007.
We then started to try again and 5 months later I was pregnant. I was really worried that it would end in the same way as the last pregnancy M/c. At first I was feeling great and was taking it easy. I then started to feel unwell. I had an early scan and everything looked fine there was two sac in the uterus which was great news. For days and days I felt unwell with pain in my right side. The pain was so intense that I was amitted to hospital.
I was in hospital for 5 days before I was take down to theatre with a suspected appendix. Once in theatre to have my appendix removed the doctors realised that it was not a problem with my appendix it was another pregnancy in my right fallopian tube.
This prgnancy was heterotopic 2 pregnancy in the uterus and 1 pregnancy in the right fallopian tube. I lost all 3 and it took my along time to start to recover from this experiance.
I then fell pregnant again straight away (3 months) and am now going through an ectopic pregnancy in my remaining tube. This time I was give methotrexate to disolve the pregnancy. I have been give 2 shots of methotrexate and am waiting for my levels to go back to zero.
I have had 3 pregnancy and have lost 5 babies this year. I have had a really stressfull year and hope next year will be a fresh start. I will never forget about the 5 babies that I have losted as I think about them all the time.
