Hello, I’m new here.
I suffered an ectopic pregnancy this past new years eve when our only child was a little over 5 months. He is now turning a year old next week and I am 15+2 weeks pregnant. I have been experiencing increasing pain where they were able to salvage my tube.
I can’t work out, walk for longer than 10 minutes, and sex with hubby is very touch and go.
What have y’all been able to do to help alleviate surviving tube pain, or just scar pain in general? I want to have more kids, but with the way this pain is going and how it’s triggering my PTSD I don’t know if I will be able to have any more children.
Thanks!

We would always advise speaking to a medical professional with any pains during pregnancy and as a matter of urgency with any worsening pain or bleeding.

Hi Eliza8393.
Congratulations in your pregnancy. Sending you lots of best wishes for no worsening pain for the rest of your term.
I’m interested in how you are feeling given your tube is remaining after your previous ectopic. I also have my tube remaining. I’m currently only 5+3 so I’m not out of the woods yet and could still be having my 2nd ectopic. However I had a scan today and they told me my tube looked normal. I honestly thought they were going to tell me I had internal bleeding as the pain yesterday was so bad. I have quite a good pain threshold and at the moment just can’t believe my pregnancy could be viable due to the amount of pain yesterday.
When did the pain start in your pregnancy? Xx
