I am worried about a hormone inbalance, would an ectopic have completed messed up my hormones?
Should i do blood tests now (fsh/tsh/prolactin etc). My levels went back to normal 4 weeks agonand awaiting period.

It can take a while for hormones to settle after ectopic pregnancy. If you are concerned, please speak to a medical professional, but I would suggest letting things settle for at least 3 months after ectopic pregnancy, before considering any further investigations (unless advised by a medical professional)
