Hey ladies, I’ve posted in the other boards but I really need some TLC. Got my BFP (big fat positive (pregnancy test)) thursday I wa so happy. It seems like as soon as I got my BFP (big fat positive (pregnancy test)) all the pain began. Not only am I cramping on the side the tube was removed but my good side. I went to the ER yesterday for pain and my hcg level was 300 at 3 weeks and 6 days. They couldn’t see anything in my uterus either. I’m so scared. My family is telling me it’s no big deal, but they haven’t been through SIDS and an ectopic. I’m very grateful for my 2 year old daughter but I love this baby too. I had an HSG in June that showed the right side was clear, but even with that I know there’s a risk. I have had two successful pregnancies 2014, 2016 and have never ha problems conceiving. Has anyone else had pain in their pregnancy after ectopic ?

I very much understand your anxiety. I got a positive my first cycle of trying after my second ectopic and left tube removal. I also had pains almost immediately after my positive test on both sides, but particularly on my “good” side - my right. It felt like strong ovulation pain, and at times I felt a pulling sensation in my hip. I was convinced it was another ectopic but my hcg levels were rising well and a scan at 5.5 weeks showed a gestational and yolk sac. I’m now 12 weeks pregnant (and still full of anxiety). I think it would be very unlikely to see anything in a scan so early as yours. I think 5 weeks is when they might be able to see a gestational sac, which may give some comfort. Anyway, it turns out my pain was from my corpus luteum on my right ovary - pumping out hormones as my specialist described. I hope everything works out for you. I know how hard it is to stay calm. Keep monitoring hcg levels to help alleviate some anxiety. I think 300 is normal. My last ectopic never made it above 250 and that was at 5 weeks. If they’re rising normally that will be a good sign. Update, went to ED and my numbers went up to 1010. Did another US and showed nothing. I asked the Tech about the right side having a cyst and she said it was normal. She did say that I ovulated from my left side and it was enlarged due to CL. When I got the report, it said no masses seen on ovaries. I’m worrried no CL cyst means no “real baby” going back Tuesday for more blood and US
