Need advice… In work and have started bleeding. Doesn’t seem like a period. Seems different… Only got my period on 10th of May and it lasted nearly ten days… I can’t understand why I’m bleeding today because I’m no where near due my expected period… Is it possible that it’s implantation bleeding or am I just being unrealistic. In a tizzy here in work… Wat do ye think?

Have you tried taking a pregnancy test? It could be implantation bleeding. Any cramps with it?

Bad stomach cramps yesterday and today… Bleeding for about two hours today… Gone completely now… But was bright pink in colour, not usual period colour. I haven’t done a test no because I read that it could take up to a week after implantation for a Hpt to detect the hormone. Trying to leave it for at least a couple of days but it’s doing my head in as you’d imagine. I’ve never had a bleed like that mid cycle, ever. Trying to be logical and not get my hopes up but I can’t think what else it could be… I didn’t have an implantation bleed with my ectopic a few months ago but I can’t figure out why I’d be bleeding now today when my period is only finished about ten days… :?
that does seem strange being mid cycle like that. Maybe it’s just a freak period. Hopefully things normalize for you 
Hi. It could well be implantation bleeding, especially as it is pink. With ectopic (my ectopic) my blood was very brown and smelly (sorry, tmi). Talk to a doctor and see what they say? Have you taken a preg test?

I had the bleed on Friday afternoon. I done a test in Monday morning and it was negative. I’ve read that it can take up to eight days after implantation for a test to show the hormone… Not really sure but my head is absolutely wrecked… Trying not to get my hopes up. I’m going to give it to the end of the week and do another test just to see… Cos I can’t understand why I would have had that bleed… It’s never happened mid cycle like that before and it was unlike any period I’ve ever had…
Chrissie sometimes your body is trying to get back to normal, mid cycle spotting can happen retest in a week but maybe get appointment with your GP hope you are ok x

Due period any day now really and can kind of feel it coming on… Sickened! Really thought that bleed mid cycle was a positive sign… Still don’t know what it was but not wishful thinking bout it anymore. I done a test on Saturday just to see and it was negative. Tried to convince myself then that it was too early for the test to detect it but I’ve stopped codding myself… Can feel stupid Aunt Flo on the way unfortunately
