I just had left fallopian tube removal 4 days ago, i am already feeling much better, the dressings are coming off today, but getting any sleep is torment! My lower back is killing me, i can sleep on my back for an hour and then i have to get up in almost sitting position in order not to feel pain. Has it been the same with you guys? When did you start sleeping on your side?
I had left tube ectopic 2 weeks ago and my lower back has been painful to I wondered what this could be reassuring that other people also have this , I also passed the uterus lining a week after surgery and have been spotting ever since, I wake at 4am everyday and rarely get back to sleep.

I am so sorry to hear of your ectopic pregnancy loss,
Whilst every care is taken of you during the operating theatre, as our muscles completely relax we can develop pain in places we weren’t expecting, this can be normal.
As the pain is so severe it is waking you from sleep or if it is not controlled by painkillers you have been given or over the counter pain relief, I would advise seeking medical advice just to be on the safe side.
Sending much love,
Karen x
