SHARP PAIN AFTER SNEEZING IN THE ABDOMEN

HELLO,i WOULD like ask for help and advise.I had ectopic in May 2014 which lead to loosing left tube. When I had surgery doctors told us I have other right tube looking healthy but there are so many adhesions all over in the pelvic area everywhere.

We tried last week during my fertile time making love.I had positive OPK and also so much that day fertile egg fluid,We made love on Tuesday very late evening,I had fertile cervical fluid (so much-on wend and also positive OPK. I think I did ovulated on wend.

I did sneezed on Thursday and I had sharp pain immediately after sneezing on the right side where is healthy tube and ovary. It was very bad pain which went away quick. Later I felt ok and we made love again on Thursday evening. I kind of notice pain on right side where is ovary on Friday and I had pain couple of days.Pain was also on left side and today I am having period cramping whole day no bleeding it is 7-8 days past ovulation and I didn’t say I did sneezed this morning and I had again sharp pain in the womb area in the middle.

I know I have lots of adhesions and I don’t know if it what causing me pain.I will test in pregnancy at least 12 days past ovulation which is going be on Sunday.

I worry I am having another ectopic or adhesions what I have teared by sneezing. I.I know if it could be ectopic I should not have symptoms so early.I had similar symptoms last time when I had ectopic in May but they started from 5-6 weeks but I remember I had very sharp pain on left tube which made me that time concerned.I know I can go to hospital if pain go worse we just have small daughter 2 years old and we have to take her everywhere with us (no help from husband family my family abroad) so I would like to avoid hospitals until I will must. Anybody having pains like me with adhesions???I just don’t want another ectopic.

I also didn’t say I had C-section 2 and half years ago which lead to develop adhesions because after c-section I experienced bleeding in pelvic area.

I guess it’s likely to be adhesions/scar tissue. But if it’d making you anxious a chat with your gp may be beneficial x

I started massage every night abdomen on internet was video how to massage deep adhesions after surgeries,so it does seems to help for now.
