Husband and I did not wait the full 6 weeks to have sex was not thinking and did it around yesterday and on December 26 because of all of the stress I had my left tube removed December 11 and my right one is normal. Since I had sex to early im afraid of having another pregnancy too soon is it possible to get pregnant again quickly? I’m also keeping an eye out for infection so far I’m good but just want to be safe

I am so sorry to hear of your ectopic pregnancy and loss,
Whilst I am not medically trained, I am aware that before having a period you have to ovulate and it is possible to become pregnant without having a proper period first, if you are not using contraception there is a chance of pregnancy.
I would advise that if you miss a period of experience any unusual tummy pain and bleeding to seek urgent medical advice and inform them of your recent ectopic pregnancy.
As a gentle reminder, we and many doctors advise waiting at least two menstrual cycles before trying to conceive to allow time for your body to heal and emotions to surface.
