Dear Rita,

Congratulations on almost reaching the end of your pregnancy, that’s great news.

Unfortunately I am not medically trained and would advise speaking to your medical team about the risks and benefits of vaginal verses c-section delivery in your individual case. It sounds as though you have specific concerns about a c-section birth too. I would write all of these concerns down and ask your medical team to address them for you.

The important thing is that you make an informed choice and the safety of both you and your baby.

Wishing you a smooth delivery (which ever method you choose)

Sending much love,

Karen x
