Hi all,
So I had an ectopic in January and had my right fallopian tube removed. I had some swabs taken 2 weeks ago and it came back with BV they issued the medication but I haven’t taken as of yet as I was ovulating around the time of the diagnosis and didn’t want the medication to possibly affect conception. Since ovulation I’ve been getting one sided and middles cramps here and there but today I have mainly had one sided cramps (on my left side) at 10dpo and I am worried that implantation has happened in my left fallopian tube due to BV. Is this possible? Advice
Dear Nayzies,
I am so sorry to hear of your ectopic pregnancy loss and worries.
Unfortunately we are unable to provide personalised medical advice. symptoms for ectopic pregnancy generally occur around 4 weeks onwards. We would therefore generally advise to complete a pregnancy test with an early morning urine sample on the day of your expected period.
If you are concerned about the degree of pain or it is worsening, please seek urgent medical advice.
I would advise taking the treatment for BV as soon as you can If you are not pregnant.
Sending much love,
Karen x
