I received the shot on Friday and my numbers are going down! But today I have alot of bleeding and shoulder blade soreness on that side. No pain in my shoulder or in my tube. Is this ok? Thank you!!

I am so sorry to hear of your ectopic pregnancy and loss.
Sadly I am not medically trained and with such limited information I so cannot give you specific advice on your symptoms.
Whilst I do not wish to alarm you, shoulder tip pain can be a sign of rupture and sadly the risk of rupture remains with low and decreasing hCG levels.
I strongly advise you speak to your local EPU as soon as possible about your shoulder tip pain. If you cannot get through, speak to your GP and if you cannot get through to anyone, seek urgent medical advice via A&E.
