I had an ectopic pregnancy that was treated with a right salpingectomy in October 2022. We are trying to convince again and I’ve noticed that I am having pain in my right abdomen (basically where my tube was) during sex. I haven’t had this pain before the surgery but it’s been happening for about two months now. Any ideas if this is possibly from scarring or something surgery related? The pain is only on that side and is deeper than just vaginal pain. Open to suggestions!
It can take a while for everything to settle following surgery. However if you are experiencing discomfort during intercourse, I would advise discussing this with your GP or medical team just to be on the safe side.
Sending much love,
