Lightheaded after methotrexate

I’m day 7 post methotrexate and still suffering with dizziness/feeling lightheaded. How long does it last?

The nausea is passing and the pain/bleeding has settled. I ended up in hospital for observation day 3/4 after fainting at home, my blood pressure was low but was fine after some IV fluids. My iron levels are also apparently good so I’m presuming it’s the methotrexate that’s causing it.

Dear Emily,
I am so sorry to hear of your ectopic pregnancy loss. I would always advise seeking medical advice if you continue to feel dizzy, just to be on the safe side. If you faint again, please seek urgent medical advice. I do not wish to alarm you but dizziness can be a side effect of methotrexate but it can also be a sign or rupture and I am unable to provide medical advice, so would always suggest seeking a medical opinion.
Sending much love,
Karen x
