It’s been a very long time since I visited these boards.
I had a ruptured ectopic in 2009 followed by a complete molar in 2010 and two healthy beautiful children since then.
I now find myself pregnancy again and should be 5+3. I’m having shooting pains down my left thigh and they have got worse throughout the day. No abdominal pain or bleeding and I’m not getting much from my googles.
Does anyone know if leg pain can be linked to ectopic pregnancy? I have so much going on at the moment with my husband having major surgery tomorrow that I really don’t have time to get checked out.
Thanks for your time,
Holly
Dear Holly
I am sorry to hear of the worrying time you are going through.
I am afraid I am not aware of leg pain in isolation as being a symptom of ectopic pregnancy but as pain is unique to everyone and as you are pregnant please do get yourself seen to be doctors. I totally understand that feeling of “never rains but it pours” and when our husbands are undergoing treatment we want to juggle and handle everything but your health is important too and please do make some time to visit your doctors over the next day or so.
Sending you my love
Munira

I just experienced my 2nd ectopic, and while in the hospital I remember them telling me that shooting pains down the leg were a sign. Please be careful!!
