Is it happening again??

Hiya guys.

I had an ectopic Oct 2020 with it being treated by methotrexate. I am currently pregnant again around 5-6 week and I’ve just spotted brown discharge on the toilet paper :frowning: my mind is racing, it’s exactly what happened last time…i don’t have any pain yet. Just so worried it’s happening again. Waiting for the doctors to reopen is going to be a long wait  has any one got any advice??

Many thanks

Hi, I don’t have any advice I’m afraid but just wanted to check how you’re doing? Xx

Hiya Andrear_01

I ended up having a scan on the 30th dec which confirmed i was having another ectopic pregnancy in the same tube as last year. So i made the decision to have my right tube removed and that happened on the 31st! I am back home and healing now! They said my left tube is perfectly healthy so that’s best news i could hear to start my year off on a positive. Xxx

Dear Mooresy,

I am so sorry to hear of your ectopic pregnancies and losses. To experience one loss is difficult, to deal with multiple losses is heartbreaking and my heart truly goes out to you.

That’s great news to hear the left tube is healthy.

Don’t forget to be kind to yourself and allow time to grieve, to heal both physically and emotionally.

We will be here for you for as long as you need,

Sending much love and warm hugs,

Karen x

Hi Moorsey88,

I’m so sorry to hear that it happened again and it resulted in surgery. Just take all the time you need to heal both emotionally and physically.

I had surgery to remove my left tube in October last year after initially having methotrexate. I definitely felt very up and down for a few weeks, so be kind to yourself xx
