Dear roweh,
I am so sorry to hear of your ectopic pregnancies and losses, to experience one loss is difficult, to deal with multiple losses is heartbreaking and my heart truly goes out to you.
It is common for periods to be irregular following treatment for ectopic pregnancy and it can take several months for it to settle into a pattern that is more normal for us.
As you had methotrexate treatment, I presume you have not been trying to conceive yet, however if you have, I would advise testing with an early morning urine sample and seeking urgent medical advice if it is positive.
Unfortunately I am not medically trained, so do advise speaking to a medical professional if you are concerned or your pain worsens.
Sending much love,
Karen x
