Hi PowerThroughAgain,
I am so sorry that you are going through this worrying time again. I’m not medically qualified to comment on your specific situation. I know waiting for hCG levels to reduce can be an anxious time. It is good that you are continuing to have your blood monitored. I found the early weeks very difficult as the diagnoses were unclear between viability, miscarriage, and ectopic pregnancy. The best I can advise you is to take each day as it comes and to monitor your physical sensations and your emotions.
And of course, while I don’t want to worry you, I encourage you to remain aware of any changing symptoms until you are at the non-pregnant levels (below 5mIU/ml), such as symptoms of pain, particularly abdominal or shoulder tip pain, or heavy bleeding. In these cases, you will want to be seen at the A&E.
As you continue monitoring your hCG levels, please know we remain here for you for as long as you need.
With good wishes,
Michele
