Hi. It’s my first time posting on here!
Anyways September 2013 I had my first ectopic, was gutted! Had meth and that worked! Year later in September 2014 had my second ectopic, yet again gutted! Had surgery as pregnancy had ruptured,left my tube intact, what are my chances of having a healthy pregnancy? Anyone been in this situation and had a healthy pregnancy? I’m worried and scared to be pregnant again. Thanks for reading.
Hi! Just keep trying and look after yourself. Was the 2nd ectopic oh the same side as the first. If so then the success rate just increased. I had my ruptured tube removed after methotrexate failed in late Nov 2014. We started trying again in May and with ovulation tests. I caught on in August and I’m now 16wks pregnant. As long as they checked and saw your other tube is healthy then you should be ok. And the ovary’s both use this remaining tube. Just enjoy your life and take each month in your stride by having some activity to look forward to rather than concentrating on when your next period should be. I was at a festival when I was due and totally forgot about it until after the festival. Bingo! 2months before I had just focused on the dreaded due on dates. Its hard but just try to out at the back of your mind. Christmas and new year first then new year is your year. X x x
