Another month is upon us and I’m keen to see how you’re all going! We’re hopIng to get away for a little break soon to rest our nerves and get some perspective. Still on natural fertility treatments and nothing too potent at this stage.
I hope this month brings much promise and happiness, and that we can support eachother through the ups and downs.

Hope your all doing well?
I’m still no further forward in knowing what my body is playing at, all the hospital appointments have stopped. I’ve been told I’ll go for my tube testing after Easter, so hoping it’s actually the end of this month as I’m on the list and climbing slowly!
However were going away next weekend, booked a nice hotel and just chilling for the weekend. Try and relax, forget about all of life’s little stresses!
I’m just hoping I get my answers soon enough so I know if we should carry on TTC or if it’s impossible.

Chez ur right the support for ups and downs here is sooo needed, esp as oh doesnt like talking about baby making or babies atm. I hope u have a good few daya away and get to really relax
Shibon im sorry ur body is misbehaving and i really hope u get the answers u need to get your baby.
I decided totry tye ovulatio tests again thjs month but brought an expensive digital brands and i got a postitive yeasterday 
but negative today ;-( tho im assuming thats normal feel free to correct me tho. But it is at tge right sort of time in my cycle so im trying not to get overally stressed this month but am having a bad time at work, loads of uni work etc etc

Sarah sorry to hear work is not so great at the moment.
My first time trying the opks. Started getting a feint positive reading on sun hoping tonight it’ll be showing up darker. Tbh it’s just nice to see two lines on something POAS related!
hope everyone manages to get some chill time over Easter. We’re going to be away on my due date which is a relief. Hopefully enough to distract me.

I think I’ve had a similar thing to you Sarah. Last night the line was showing but it wasn’t of equal colour or darker than the control line. The instructions say it has to be for it to be positive. Tonight I’ve tested twice and the line has shown weaker. So I’m guessing that’s a negative.
Bit confused! Not sure I’ve even ovulated. No other signs.
I think you’ve got the right attitude Sarah. I’m trying not to get too stressed. We had a couple of goes over wknd so hopefully I’ve caught it.

I can officially join this thread now as we are ttc this month. Excited but very fearful that it will either happen again… or we won’t conceive again. I’ve invested in a cb fertility monitor as my first two cycles after ectopic were really random, and I didn’t get on well with the cheap OPKs. Sarah - I had a positive ovulation result on my cb digi OPK and then a neg 24 hours later, this was the cycle I conceived. Sadly it was my ep, but the kit was correct!
I’m finally feeling back to my old self since my ep, I think the sun has made a massive difference to be honest! I still feel like crying when I see a scan on Facebook pop up, but have been ‘hiding’ fb friends who are pregnant so I don’t have to see the updates anymore!! Sounds cruel, but it’s working so far…

Thanks for all the messages about the opks, i thknk its reassured me that a surge is normal, now just got to ger to a week sunday without lossing my marbles
Well i had some shocking news ive been offered a place at the uea on thier marsters programme from sept if i get a 2:1!!! Its somthing i never thought would happen but im now trying to decide if i should deffer and keep ttc as i dont think i could cope with a newborn so dicisions desions the one thing i do know is that i can always go back and study but its one of the most sort after programmes in the uk. Thoughts?

Hi shl, if congratulations on the offer of the masters! If I was in your shoes, I would carry on ttc and at the same time still plan to do the masters. If you fall pregnant straight away and feel it’s all too much you can then presumably still defer the masters later on. It would also be good to have the masters to focus on as ttc can be so stressful.

So pleased to be joining this group , thinking of you all and wishing all the best.!I had my EP in December and feeling much more positive . I bought an ovulation kit it said low on Saturday and went straight to Peak today which meant there was no high days . So will see in a few weeks time. I’ve booked a girly week away the week my periods due so least I can have something to look forward to and take my mind of off things if I end up disapointed. I’m blocking out the fear of it happening again as much as I can.
So lovely to know I am not alone in this journey sending out lots of positve thoughts xxx

There’s lots of positivity on here this month, it’s really encouraging to read 
Shl fantastic news about your masters! Congratulations. I would take the place and see what happens. If you do get pg you could keep going and at least get some of it done - I did a masters and people were able to take time out and come back to it for various reasons. If you don’t get pg for a while then at least you’ve got something positive to keep focussed and busy on. If the course is popular they are more likely to be flexible if you’ve already started studying with them I reckon… Well done again, all your hard work is paying off
I’ve been really confused by the opks but I’m hoping I’ve caught it anyway. AF due on Easter sun, so at least there’ll be plenty of choc aroun if it comes. Also weirdly (tmi alert) I had one episode of red /brown discharge on sat. It was just 5 dpo (well the day I think O happened) so I don’t think it can be implantation bleeding. Any ideas? It threw me into a bit of a panic cos I got bleeding with the EP but I did a test and I’m def not pg. Has anyone else had this kind of random thing?

Tho i went and studied there today and i really want to go! Im not sure about the bleeding sorry but I’m also due on easter sunday so fingers crossed for both of us

I can’t really comment on bleeding at ov but I have had spotting occasionally up to a week prior to AF. Sometimes dates get a bit out of whack in that situation.
Hubby & I are away and a little concerned because AF is quite late with none of the usual indicators to suggest its on it’s way. I’ve taken two PTs both neg, so feeling in limbo land! Seeing the Dr in a few days so hopefully some answers will be forthcoming. It all feels a bit too familiar!
Hi Chez, I had the same last year and my period turned up on day 42! My docs said they wouldn’t do anything without a positive test so If I was you keep testing every few days to put your mind to rest
I’ve turned in to such a symptom spotter today I convince myself I’m pregnant and then convince my self its early period signs, I really need more to do at work

Chez I just had 5 days of spotting leading up to my last period which makes it very hard trying to track my periods. I decided to start my opk early luckily I did as it went straight to peak fertility on my second day of testing.
I am meant to of ovulated yesterday had quite a bit of cramping today which I’m not used too during ovulation. I hate it as it reminds me of beginning of EP pain am hoping it will go away!!!

What a relief! AF arrived very late but at least it arrived. I’d love to be pregnant again, but I’ve no interest in another ep. Back to the specialist today so I’ll talk to him about it.

I got another peak yesterday on my OPK I know your not supposed to after your first peak but thought I’d just check as I had a low result on Tuesday . i got the EWCM yesterday too but all the cramping came Monday and Tuesday mainly so we will see bit worried because we missed out Tuesday as we had plan and it said low.
Think I’m going to step away from OPK kit now it seems the more I use it the more confused I get.
Hope everyone else is ok. I’ve got the Friday feeling now roll on the Easter eggs
