Will i get pregnant?

Hi, we got married in 2017
Had my left tube removed due to ectopic in 2018
On right side again ectopic but only part of it was removed in 2020
This year i got ectopic again in that partly existing tube which doctor removed completely

My hcg this time was 10000 and 3days later it became 16000, one dose of methotrexate didn’t work, so laparoscopy was done 5days ago

Light bleeding started yesterday, and today it’s full red bleeding, with pain and cramps

In between I did IUI, 2cycles of IVF with 1st transfer failed, second transfer no cardiac activity of baby at 6weeks and low progesterone levels also

Doctor says i may have infection, inflammation, PID history

I don’t know what to do…as my uterus was always healthy …thoughts of failure still hovering my mind

Dear Arty,
I am so sorry to hear of your pregnancy losses, It is heartbreaking experiencing multiple losses and many heart truly goes out to you.

We are not fertility experts, and as you are under a fertility team, I would write down any questions you have for them and request an appointment to discuss your concerns.

For now we advise that you should take it very easily for about six weeks after surgery. Your body will be using its energies to heal internally. It is normal to feel physically and emotionally exhausted during this time and please do be kind to yourself. Recovery can take time and some days will be better than others, one day you maybe ok and the next you maybe in discomfort or more emotional. This is perfectly usual and the healing process will go back and forth in this way for however long you need. It is important to listen to your body’s signals and pain and feeling tired are your body’s signs to tell you to rest. We suggest keeping a healthy balanced diet, drinking lots of water and resting. Once your wounds have healed, very gentle exercise such as a short walk can help, but please do take this slowly.
Best wishes,
Karen x
