I had 2 ectopic pregnacies in my left tube, the first resolved itself and the second i had surgery to remove ectopic and tube.
My surgeon said the right tube looked healthy.
I’ve just found out that I’m pregnant, what are the chances it could be ectopic again?
Thanks.
Dear Emma,
Whispered congratulations on your pregnancy.
Sadly following ectopic pregnancy we are at increased risk of another. However do keep in the front of your mind that the surgeon stated your right tube looked healthy so that is really good news.
Do book in for an early pregnancy scan at around 6 weeks and I will be sending lots of positive thoughts.
