I had an ectopic in Jan 2014. Had right tube removed. Was blessed with my baby girl who was born in April 2016. Thought she may like a little sibling but have now got another ectopic in my left tube. Had methotrexate yesterday- anyone know when the bleed will start? Nothing yet and no pain yet either. I am scared that now my last remaining tube will be damaged from this ectopic I won’t be able to have another baby 
Sorry to hear this! I’m 5 1/2 weeks post methotrexate shot. I received it on a Tuesday and started bleeding heavily on that Friday. I bleed for about 2 weeks, but the first 3-4 days were the worst. Weird cramping and pressure up until a week or so ago. My levels are still at 60. No bleeding or cramping, but my breasts are very tender. I read everyone reacts differently to the shot though, not everyone bleeds. Hope that helps a little.
I had the injection yesterday at 5pm,
Hardly slept all night with belly ache,
Woke this morning and struggled to do school run was so dizzy head was banging and constantly feeling sick, all day I’ve been in and out of sleep with banging head and the sick feeling, it’s now 7.30 and I’m getting the worst stomach pains while sitting at my daughters swimming lesson, only a bit of spotting all day so expecting a fair bit of blood soon, hcg levels were 600 and was roughly 4/5 wks pregnancy
The injection has really knocked me out

I’m sorry that you are both experiencing an ectopic too but it makes me feel better to know if others going through it right now. Please keep me posted as to how you get on. Is it your first ectopic? Sending lots of love xxxxx
It’s my first, I’m suffering with bad side effects since Friday, still no major blood loss only spotting
