I had ectopic surgery 2 weeks ago, could anyone tell me what type of medical test are recommended after (blood tests e.g.) ?

I am so sorry to hear of your ectopic pregnancy and loss.
Follow up after ectopic pregnancy generally depends on the treatment you received.
I am also not sure where you are posting from and as we are a UK based charity, the information we provide follows that of UK guidance.
Treatment can be via expectant management, where blood tests are taken regularly to check the pregnancy hormone hCG is reducing,
Medical management using a drug called methotraxate and again blood tests are required to ensure the hCG levels are reducing or by surgery.

Did the hospital give you any notes for your GP when you were discharged? It would depend on what follow up they feel you need. I lost a lot of blood due to rupturing so the hospital gave me notes for bloods tests 4 weeks on with GP. Which came back normal last week. That was to check haemaglobin and iron levels.
If you haven’t made an appointment with your GP since leaving hospital, make one just for a follow up. Maybe blood test, get your blood pressure checked. Give the EPU a call and ask them for some advice on what to ask the GP for in terms of follow up. x
