IVF success

A happy story as I know I used to search for these -

January 2017 ruptured ectopic - lost my right tube

August 2017 ruptured ectopic- lost my left tube

Started IVF -

March 2018- rare cornual ectopic after IVF round 1. Ruptured .

5 fresh rounds of IVF later and on the 18th March 2022 my son was born  took a while and a lot of determination but we got there

Hi Caroline89,

You have been through so much and I am so happy that you have come back to share your good news. I too had a ruptured cornual ectopic, and understand the trauma that can cause. You have so much determination. Enjoy your new member of your family.

With good wishes,

Michele

Hi Caroline,

I realise i am replying quite a while after your initial post, but just wanted to thank you for sharing your positive news. This is really nice to hear and gives me some hope.

Wishing you and your family every happiness! x

You’ve been through so much, and it must’ve taken so much strength and patience to keep going. Huge congratulations on your son what a beautiful reward for all the challenges you faced

That’s such an amazing story. I can’t even fathom how difficult to you would have found that, and how utterly remarkable your persistence was. Glad to hear it all ended all right!
