As you may or may not know we rely entirely on income from our supporters to be able to provide our services, our telephone helpline, information website, one to one buddy support service and email reply service.
Not everyone can afford to donate but if you can [we’d really welcome a small regular donation of a pound or two each month or a one off donation to help
Other ways you can help are to [send our Christmas Cardsand raise awareness of the condition at the same time.
Finally, if you are looking for stocking fillers, [our note cards make great presents for your girlfriends and other female relatives.
