Hello all, I had an ectopic followed by my left tube removal in early september . I am trying since 2 cycles . My periods been fairly regular at 25/26. Tjis month however i am late 5 days and already had 3 negative hpts. Should i go see a doctor? There is no major symptoms except cramps , pains and fatigue all the time . Could i still be pregnant with my negative hpts ???anyone here had a late positive ?

I am so sorry to hear of your ectopic pregnancy and loss,
Periods can be delayed for a number of reasons including stress or even (as surprising as it may sound) excessive exercise or weight loss. Doctors normally consider menstrual cycles of between 23-42 days to be within normal parameters. I would advise repeating the home pregnancy test in a week but if you have not had a period and it is over 42 days since your last period, to speak to your doctor.
Whilst I do not want to alarm you, if you experience any pain or unusual bleeding, please do get medical attention as soon as you can.

Hi- I had a late positive test. I had four negative tests after my period was due and then got a positive 6 days late.
Sadly, I had surgery on Tuesday at 9 weeks as the pregnancy was ectopic. Still, shows you can get a late positive.
