Hello,
I was diagnosed with an EP on 10/02/22. I have an IUD, so this was all really shocking.
I was treated with MTX same day. My numbers have been going down, but I was wondering did anyone else experience a slow down once your numbers got low?
I expected to be 0 in this week’s blood work, but I wasn’t.
History of HCG

10/19/22- 35
10/24/22- 6

I am so sorry to hear of your ectopic pregnancy loss,
Numbers often slow down when in the lower levels. Most EPUs count hCG levels under 5 as normal and will discharge you then, so I hope your next like test will be back to normal.
