Dear Gemma,
I am so sorry to hear of your ectopic pregnancies and losses. To experience one loss is difficult, to deal with multiple losses is heartbreaking and my heart truly goes out to you.
to reassure you, not experiencing bleeding after being treated with methotrexate is not uncommon. Some do not have bleeding with this type of treatment.
I am not sure what your hCG levels were like when you had your injection but if they have risen on day 4, again this is normal so try not to worry. Your doctors will be looking g for a drop on your day 7 bloods.
I have added some information from our website about methotrexate and I hope this is helpful an reassuring too.

Sending much love,
