When I had my ectopic pregnancy in Aug 2019 I had no where to go and I felt so lost. These discussions made me feel less alone throughout my grief.

I am on here today to tell you all that I welcomed a handsome boy last September. He has been the best gift to our family! Funnily enough I conceived on the right side overy the side I had the tube removed. It goes to show my obstetrician was right it doesn’t change your fertility!

All the best to everyone! Have faith and ask for help! Because it does make a difference!

Hi Ausgirl1,

Thank you for sharing your good news. It is always heartening to hear stories of what may be possible in our futures. I have always found it fascinating that you can ovulate on the side without the tube and the egg just travels down the other side. It’s pretty clever that way.

Sending good wishes to your family,

Michele
