Please help,
Despite injection treatment, ectopic still carrying on and hormone level rising.
The position of the baby is very awkward and surgery is risky,
I am scared of bursting and my emotions ate too bad

I am so sorry to hear of your ectopic pregnancy and loss,
Unfortunately I am not medically trained so cannot give you specific advice on your treatment. If levels continue to rise post methotrexate injection, options are a second injection or surgery. I understand you mention surgery is risky so I would discuss your options and concerns with your medical team.
