I am so sorry to hear that you have suffered this ectopic pregnancy and loss. I know that it leaves us with many questions. I hope you find that some of these questions are answered by the information provided by the Trust. If you haven’t already, I encourage you to visit our home page and read through the tabs under “Patients” which provide a lot of information on recovery from ectopic pregnancies. https://ectopic.org.uk/patients
When you are with your doctor, I encourage you to ask any questions which you have, as you’ve already started to list. It’s especially important to ask questions which might be particular to your unique health situations, as our guidance will be more general. Your doctor will be the best placed to advise on anything that is of particular concern or importance for you. Many women have questions on trying to conceive, early scans, medical support in the future, physical recovery and mental health.
We know how difficult this can be and these boards are a safe space for you for as long as you need.
With good wishes,
Michele
Let loved ones know you are thinking of them and support the important work that we do: The EPT online shop has traditional Christmas cards or, if you prefer, the option to donate instead by giving what you would have spent on cards and postage.
If we have been able to help you, are you able to help us with a small donation or by volunteering or fundraising?
